CONDITIONS OF SALE
LIABILITY
Miles Supply Company, Inc. and Miles Supply of Elberton, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as Miles Supply)
hereby state that all products, merchandise and equipment sold and delivered are sold with NO warranties, express
or implied, including any warranties of tness or suitability for a particular purpose. Except Miles Supply shall honor
all manufacturer’s warranties, if any, for the replacement of defective products, merchandise or equipment. Such re-
placement shall be made according to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions and specications. Miles Supply shall not
be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use or inability
to use such a product, merchandise or equipment. Buyer bears sole responsibility for determining the suitability of
the product, equipment or merchandise for its intended use and hereby assumes all risk and liability for its selection
and use and agrees to hold Miles Supply harmless therefrom. No modication of this limited warranty shall be effec-
tive unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized ofcer of Miles Supply.
SHORTAGES
After receiving your order from Miles Supply, please conrm immediately that all items (excluding back ordered
items) were received. Miles Supply will not accept claims for missing merchandise led over 2 business days after
receipt.
STOCKING
Miles Supply can not guarantee that all items listed in this catalog are always in stock or available. Miles Supply will
make every effort, though, to ll your order in a timely manner.
RETURN FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
Miles Supply is limited to a manufacturer’s warranty specications. In certain cases, we may not be able to either
issue an immediate credit or warranty repair until the manufacturer gives approval. Misuse is beyond our control and
may ultimately void the manufacturer’s warranty.
DAMAGES
Claims for damaged goods must be lled with the carrier immediately. In addition, Miles Supply must be notied of
the claim within 2 business days. Miles Supply is not responsible for damages by carriers. Please check your ship-
ment thoroughly upon arrival.
RETURNS
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Miles Supply before an item is to be returned.
Miles Supply will not accept collect shipments on returns unless they have been pre-authorized. A 15% restocking
fee may be applied to all returns. Authorization for returns must be made within 45 days of receipt of the order.
PRICES - TERMS
PRICES
All orders are shipped F.O.B. from either Miles Supply’s Barre, Vermont or Elberton, Georgia location. Some orders
may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer if requested from the customer.
TERMS
Net 30 days with approved credit. (Please see page 61 for credit application.) A service charge of 1 1/2 % (18% per
year) will be added to accounts over 30 days. Special terms or conditions must be approved by an ofcer of Miles
Supply prior to your order being processed.
CREDIT
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless credit has been approved or the order has been prepaid by either a credit
card, money order or wire transfer. All rst time orders over $200 must be paid by bank check or money order.
